FOOD POD UPDATE
The property for the Food Fan Food Pod has been cleared, some giant boulders are being delivered this week, maps and plats are being looked at, and food trucks and carts are getting on board! It’s a little tough to know when it’ll be ready to launch, but we’re shooting for early 2022.

NIGHT TOURS ARE BACK
Night Tours are the best! After over a year away, I have started up my Night Tours with Asheville Food Tours again! They happen on Wednesdays, and are designed to appeal to locals (as well as visitors) who haven’t been downtown in a while because of crowds or traffic or parking. Weeknights, especially Wednesday nights are still mellow downtown, and it feels good to have it “to ourselves” while we check out the best of what Asheville’s famous food scene has to offer! PLAYLIST
I read somewhere that people sometimes include music playlists in their newsletters. I love music, but I’m not sure that’s a great idea for my newsletter, because I might have thee worst taste in music of anyone you know. Straight-up: I enjoy some music because it’s bad. Bands like Drunks with Guns and Kilslug. I enjoy some music just because it’s just kinda weird and different, like uSSSy, J|||||M, and NIKE7UP. I like music that sounds like something went wrong with your vacuum cleaner, I like music that is annoying, stupid, and offensive, and some of the music I enjoy the very most is truly… truly awful by anyone’s standards, even my own. But I love it. So, there you go, ^^^there’s your playlist!^^^ Click at your own risk! But for real, here’s a song called Wave Hugger by the artist 5ZYL that I have been listening to a lot lately that’s not horrible… in my very questionable opinion. It’s old school 80’s - 90’s style electronic beep-boop-beep dance music that I found on a fantastic Youtube channel called Are Sounds Electrik? that I recommend very much.
