WHAT?
So, by now you probably already know that there’s a brand new restaurant on Biltmore Ave in Downtown Asheville called Brü.
It’s real good in my opinion, I like it, and… I have somehow convinced the owners, Justin and Laila, to collaborate with me on something we’re calling the monthly Stü Chü at Brü!
BEHOLD!
The first Stü Chü, available throughout November, is the amazing, incredible, heretofore unknown and undreamed-of “Smüben!”
Justin and I collaborated on building this beast, and we’re both very proud of it.
Again, it drops on Saturday, November 1st, and will stay on the menu allll the way thrü Sunday November 30th.

WHY?
Well, for fünsies, of course, and as an excüse to üse a ridicüloüs amoünt of ümlaüts, but also and most importantly, because a portion of the sale of each Smüben will be donated to Meals on Wheels of Buncombe County. So start eating Smübens, Y’all!

Obviously, because eating Smübens helps raise money for a good cause, the more Smübens you stüff into yourself, the more righteous you will become. Eat 5 of these babies, and you’ve all but guaranteed your spot in heaven! Perhaps a tad earlier than you had planned, but still, it’s heaven, right? So bring it!
