Love Tom, (who has been accidentally called Tony Fauci when that "other tour guide" had a brain fart one time)....he gets my vote! I love that when I bring in tours he always come out to meet the group and answers all their (and my!) rookie food questions in a way that is simple to understand and never talks down to or above his guests (unless you call him Tony Fauci!) and would be a fabulous co-host!
